GCalls Assistant

Terms of Use

Revision of 5 September 2026. Version recorded in the app: 2026-09-05.

This is an agreement between you and the GCalls Assistant service ("the service", "we"). By installing and using the app you accept these terms.

1. What the service does

The service is an AI voice assistant that speaks on the telephone in your place. It works in both directions.

Outgoing calls. You describe the errand in your own words — "call the hotel and move the check-in to Friday". The assistant asks about anything missing and shows you a plan: who it will call, what it will say in its first sentence, what it will not do. The call begins only after you confirm that plan. Afterwards you get a summary in your own language, the commitments with word-for-word quotes, and a transcript.

Incoming calls. When you do not pick up, the call reaches the assistant, it talks to the caller and passes you the substance.

Incoming calls work through conditional GSM forwarding, which you switch on yourself with your carrier's service code. We can neither switch it on nor switch it off for you — iOS gives apps no such ability. You can turn it off at any time: the "Line and forwarding" section, where a button dials ##002#.

2. What the assistant does and does not do

The assistant always states that it is an AI assistant and not you.

The assistant is not permitted, on your behalf, to:

These limits are built into the service — the assistant simply has no tools for such actions. They are not settings that can be switched off.

When an errand needs a decision the assistant is not entitled to make, it does not invent one: it stops and asks you.

What the assistant may say about you is your decision. Your full name, your phone number and permission to call you back are separate switches in the app. What is switched off is treated as absent rather than forbidden, so the assistant does not invent a substitute for it. Incoming calls also have an "Answer anonymously" mode, in which the assistant does not name you at all.

3. Minutes and payment

The unit is a minute of conversation. Actual duration is counted, not duration rounded up: twelve calls of forty seconds are eight minutes, not twelve.

Minutes are bought in packs inside the app, through the App Store:

Pack Price Per minute
30 minutes€10€0.33
100 minutes€25€0.25
400 minutes€50€0.13

Prices shown are for Spain; the App Store displays the amount in your own currency with the applicable taxes. A pack does not expire.

Apple takes the payment, not us. We never see your payment details. Refunds also go through Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue one for you.

When you run out of minutes your errands are not lost: they wait in the queue and dial themselves as soon as the balance is topped up.

4. Your carrier's charges

A forwarded call is charged by your mobile carrier at their rate — that is their bill, not ours. Forwarding terms differ between carriers and price plans; check yours before switching it on.

5. How you may and may not use it

The service is meant for ordinary personal and business calls that you could have made yourself.

You may not use it for:

You are responsible for having a reason to call the number you give us. An account used in any of these ways may be suspended or closed.

6. Age

The service may be used by people aged 18 or over.

7. Your account

An account is created through your Apple or your Google account, and is tied to one phone number, which you enter in the app. We do not use SMS confirmation codes. One number can belong to only one account.

You can delete your account together with all of its data from the app itself — the "Account" section, "Delete account".

8. What the service is not a substitute for

The service is not a substitute for emergency communication. Do not rely on the assistant for calls on which somebody's health, safety or property depends. In an emergency, call yourself: 112 in the European Union.

We do not guarantee that the assistant will understand every conversation correctly. The summary, the facts and the transcript are supporting information, not a document and not evidence. Before acting on a summary in anything that matters, check it — the transcript exists for exactly that.

We do not guarantee that every call will take place: telephone networks, carriers and the providers a call depends on are sometimes unavailable.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the app will show them again and ask for your consent anew. The app stores the version of the terms you agreed to for that purpose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain and by European Union law. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your country of residence gives you.

11. Who we are and how to reach us

GCalls Assistant is operated by Bogdan Mozgovyi, a natural person trading as a sole trader from Ukraine.

Write to support@gcall.app about these terms, about a purchase or about a call. Refunds for minute packs go through Apple rather than through us — see §3.
